1. Apple's Standard EULA
PsiLoops is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). It covers how you may install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, and applies alongside the PsiLoops-specific terms below.
2. PsiLoops terms
Your use of the app is also subject to the PsiLoops Terms of Service, which explain how you can use the built-in sounds and the music you make, and how Pro subscriptions work. Where the two differ on how the built-in sounds may be used, the Terms of Service apply.
3. Sounds and content
The loops, drum kits, one-shots and other audio delivered in the app are licensed from their artists for use inside PsiLoops. This license does not let you extract, redistribute or resell them as standalone sounds.
